ATLAS more frequently I am running vLHC also on two Linux boxes with 8 GB, no ATLAS but SETI, Einstein, LHC, CPDN. Anyway, the nested approach may be a good fit for your data. but as sometimes happens "it's complicated". If recurrent memory-related Jmp Unable To Allocate Enough Memory errors occur when specific programs are executed, the software itself is likely at fault. http://odenews.net/unable-to/unable-to-allocate-memory-for-tdi.html

Index parameters should be designed with the mindset of the end user and how the document will need to be identified for retrieval. Since date values tend not to change within an input file, a single large logical document will created. click here now

One common mistake is to use only a date value for indexing.
Either by: Physically breaking the input file into smaller files and loading each file individually. Looks, that the plot simply overloads the memory allocation routine somehow...... Break the input file into smaller individual documents. Although it would be nice to get an estimation of computing time beforehand!

Had 16 consecutive wu errored out @ DaveM: it was 3x (4+2) memory on this computer is often tested passes memtest,prime95, windows, dell. Since right now you have no errors on that host just abort that task and make sure it is gone on your VB Manager and get another task and it should
I won't even try to open it in Inkscape and leave testing it to others. Overheating could potentially cause important decrease with your computers functionality. First, temporarily remove any newly installed memory sticks from the RAM sink. For documents with too many indexes, OnDemand keeps all index values in memory while segmenting document data into storage objects.
vLHC wu run fine and use 2gb memory. http://atlasathome.cern.ch/forum_thread.php?id=193 Defective or deteriorating memory can result in software memory errors and even cause the whole system to crash. The process has clear the memory and save whatever and poweroff the vm and not put it on pause. The Jmp Unable To Allocate Enough Memory error message appears as a long numerical code along with a technical description of its cause. Just to 'play devil's advocate', if you could pay for 37GB of DNA sequencing, why can't you pay for a super computer for processing? Can't be 2gb per unit it's more than that I had 6 wu's running and windows shutdown boinc. To resolve a problem related to too many indexes: Reduce the amount of indexing information captured by re-evaluating your indexing parameters. This means that the available memory is completely used and Maple cannot continue without allocating more memory. Ive got 18 GB of ram with an i7 extreme processor on this machine.
Cheers colinbrislawn commented May 5, 2016 Yeah, clustering slows down as the number of hits in the database increases, so estimating time is hard. I don't know if in this case your nested approach would work either. Changing your index parameters, so smaller logical documents will be created based on your index information. In this case, the kernel has shut down.
