Help! Open the "hardware" tab on the system properties dialog box. I'm willing to bet that if you've found this site through a search engine, you've probably got a stack of about 20 or so useless, ruined blank CD-Rs or DVD-Rs; more I've also rebooted my computer back to its original settings… It didn't help.
