Cheers! This has happened to me twice on two separate PC, and it worked both times. This was very successful for me. You cannot see the SP1 in the over 100 updated files. I have made those settings already. How to disable the service pack from attempting another fruitless update? SP1 should take less than an hour to completely install.Unfortunately, I don't know where you go from here.Me?I would back up my files and do a system recovery, and then install In the search box, typeUpdate, and then, in the list of results, clickWindowsUpdate. And it was the one people said i was suppose to go to to get help, but it still didn't to anything.
